Here she is, my own kunoichi (sp?) Hanajima, or just Hana. Here's her profile:

Other: Hana by nature is fairly cynical, but she is always trying to be as kind as she can to everyone she meets, sometimes even enemy shinobi! This causes some to view her as a bit of a pushover, but that couldn't be further from the truth, especially if she decides that she doesn't like you. Once Hana has made up her mind about someone in the negative direction, which does take some doing, it is nearly impossible to change her mind, and if she doesn't like you, she takes every oppotunity she can find to make your life miserable.
Hana looks up to Tenten as a shinobi because of her beliefs and her weaponry expertise, and she also carries a small crush on Shino, of all people! (She likes 'em mysterious!) She also holds a slight animosity to Ino because the chunnin is so shallow. She knows Hanabi, but only on an acquaintance level.
Hana, as her name implies, loves anything to do with flowers, and the blossoms on her hair are not just there for decoration. They contain a potent poison, and by keeping a small trickle of chakra flowing through them, she is not only able to keep the flowers from dying, but is able to regenerate them. It is through these flowers that she has become so attatched to poison techniques. Currently, she is working on perfecting the "Poison Blossom Jutsu," which would cause the poison from the flowers she wears to seep directly into the target's skin, but hasn't quite perfected it yet.
